Gayle FormanGayle Forman is the award-winning author of several young adult books including If I Stay, which was recently turned into a hit film.Born in L.A., now living in NYC, I Was Here is her latest novel. She will be the TeenBookCon 2015 keynote speaker.
        

   
David Levithan

David LevithanDavid Levithan is the author and co-author of many books for teens and adults. He is also a publisher and editorial director who lives in NYC. His latest novel is called Hold Me Closer: The Tiny Cooper Story. He will co-close TeenBookCon 2015 with Ally Carter.



Ally Carter

Ally CarterAlly Carter is the best-selling author of the Gallagher Girls and Heist Society series and the first in a new series: All Fall Down. She was born in Oklahoma and now lives there again. Ally will close out TeenBookCon 2015 in a conversation with David Levithan.



Josephine AngeliniJosephine Angelini is a graduate of NYU who now lives in Los Angeles with her husband and several rescue cats. She is the author of the Awakening trilogy and the first in the Worldwalker series: Trial by Fire 

   
Alexis BassAlexis Bass grew up in Washington, went to college in Arizona, and currently lives in Northern California (by way of Seattle). She loves fashion and good TV as much as she loves a good book, and she is a huge advocate of the three Cs: coffee, chocolate, and cheese. Her debut novel is Love & Other Theories.
 
   
Susane ColasantiSusane Colasanti is the author of nine books for young adults. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a master's degree from New York University. Before becoming a full-time author, Susane was a high school Physics and Earth Science teacher for almost 10 years. She lives in New York City. City Love is her latest novel.
 
   
Sarah CrossSarah Cross is the author of the fairy tale novel Kill Me Softly, the superhero novel Dull Boy, and the Wolverine comic "The Adamantium Diaries." She loves fairy tales, lowbrow art, secret identities, and silence. Tear You Apart is her latest novel for teens.
 
   
Lindsay CummingsLindsay Cummings lives in Dallas, TX with her husband Josh, her hedgehog named Hedwig, her two German Shepherds, her wolf cub, and a draft horse named Dan the Man. She's still waiting on her letter from Hogwarts - it was probably just lost in the mail. The Death Code is book two of the Murder Complex series.
 
   
Kevin EmersonKevin Emerson is an author and the lead singer for the band Central Services' The Board of Education. Kevin grew up in Connecticut and went to Colby College. His past careers were as a banker, camp counselor, and an elementary school teacher. Breakout is his latest novel for teens.
 
   
Rachel HartmanRachel Hartman was born in Kentucky, and has lived in Chicago, Philadelphia and St. Louis, as well as in England and Japan. She has an undergrad degree in Comparative Literature. She lives in Vancouver with her family, their whippet, a talking frog and a salamander. Shadow Scale is the second in the Seraphina series.

 
   
Maureen JohnsonMaureen Johnson is the author of several YA novels. She has also done collaborative works with John Green, Lauren Myracle, Cassandra Clare and Sarah Rees Brennan. Maureen has an MFA in Writing from Columbia University. She lives in New York, and online on Twitter. The Shadow Cabinet is book three in the Shades of London series.

 
   
Lydia KangLydia Kang graduated from Columbia University and NYU School of Medicine, completing her residency and chief residency at Bellevue Hospital in New York City. She believes in science and knocking on wood, and currently lives in Omaha with her husband, three children, and a terrarium full of stick bugs. Catalyst is book two of the Control series.

Justine LarbalestierJustine Larbalestier is an Austrailian writer of young adult fiction. Her last name is pronounced Lar-ball-es-tee-air. Born and raised in Sydney, she now alternates between NYC and Australia with her husband, fellow TeenBookConner Scott Westerfeld. Her latest novel is Razorhurst.

Jennifer MathieuJennifer Mathieu (pronounced Muh-two) is a writer and English teacher born and raised on the East Coast. She now lives in Texas with her family. Before teaching and writing, Jennifer was a journalist. Her debut novel is The Truth about Alice.

 
   
  Guadalupe Garcia McCall
Guadelupe Garcia McCallGuadalupe Garcia McCall was born in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico. She immigrated with her family to the United States when she was six years old and grew up in Eagle Pass, Texas (the setting of both her novels and most of her poems). She is currently a high school English teacher in San Antonio. Her latest novel is Summer of the Mariposas.
 

 
Megan MirandaMegan Miranda is the author of the young adult novels Fracture, Hysteria, and Vengeance. Megan has a degree in Biology from MIT and currently lives near Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband and two children. Her latest novel is Soulprint.

George O'ConnorGeorge O'Connor is an author and illustrator living in New York City. He is a Greek mythology buff and a classic superhero comic book fan. He's currently working on a 12-book series on the Olympians. The latest volume is Ares.
 
   
Joy PrebleJoy Preble is a Texas girl who was born and raised in Chicago and a former high school teacher who now writes full time. She earned an English degree from Northwestern University. Her latest novel for teens is Finding Paris.
 
   
Jason ReynoldsAfter earning a BA in English from The University of Maryland, College Park, he moved to Brooklyn, New York. He was tricked into becoming a writer by his aunt, who gave him books every year for Christmas. His latest novel is The Boy in the Black Suit.
 
   
Aisha SaeedAisha Saeed is an author, mama, lawyer, teacher, and maker and drinker of chai. When she isn’t writing or chasing her two little boys, you can find her reading, baking, doodling henna patterns, or daydreaming about eight consecutive hours of sleep. Her debut novel is Written in the Stars.
 
   
Joe ShineJoe Shine grew up in Austin, TX and is a graduate of Texas A&M University. He has a MFA from University of Southern California, and after brief stints in Los Angeles and Washington DC Joe returned home to Austin. His debut is I Become Shadow.
 
   
Kristen SimmonsKristen Simmons grew up in Reno, Nevada, has a master’s degree in social work and is an advocate for mental health. She lives with her family and their greyhound Rudy in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her latest novel is The Glass Arrow.
 
   
Henry TurnerHenry Turner is originally from Baltimore, He is an award-winning independent filmmaker and journalist who now lives in Southern California. Ask the Dark is his first novel.
 
   
Tommy WallachTommy Wallach grew up in Seattle. He is now Brooklyn-based and is both a writer and musician. He graduated from NYU and has a Master's in journalism from Stanford University. His debut novel is We All Looked Up.
 
   
Leslye WaltonLeslye Walton was born in the Pacific Northwest. Leslye has an MA in writing and lives in Seattle, Washington. When she's not writing, she teaches middle school language arts. The Strange & Beautiful Sorrows of Ava Lavender is her debut novel.
 
   
Jen WangJen Wang is a cartoonist, writer, and illustrator based in Los Angeles. Her works have appeared in the Adventure Time comics and LA Magazine. She recently illustrated Tom Angleberger's Fake Mustache.  Her graphic novel Koko Be Good was published by First Second. In Real Life is her latest book.
 
   
Elizabeth WeinElizabeth Wein was born in New York City. She now lives in the UK with her husband and two children. She went to Yale and has a PhD from the University of Pennsylvania. Her latest novel is Black Dove, White Raven.
 
   
Scott WesterfeldScott Westerfeld was born in Texas but now splits his time between New York City and Sydney, Australia with his wife, and fellow TeenBookConner, Justine Larbalestier. He is the author of numerous books for teens and adults. The latest is Afterworlds.
